How to View Voice Broadcasting Call Details

To view a Detailed Description of your campaign, you can click on the magnifying glass that is below and to the left of your Campaign Name.


Once you click on the magnifying glass, you will see this pop up.


From here, you can see how many numbers you have and have not called yet.

From those that you have called, you can see how many were live answers and how many were answering machines.

You can see how many were busy signals and carrier errors and how many pressed a number to speak to you or your agents.

On the right side of the pie charts, you can see who pressed what button in your survey call.

You can also see how long your agents were on the phone with leads that pressed a button to speak to them.
