If you have already uploaded your leads and your agents are already calling them, but you still need to upload your Do Not Call List, you can still upload them and scrub them against your existing leads.
Administrators have the ability to manually add numbers as they come in to their internal do not call list within the dialer.
If you have a DNC list that you need to upload, be sure that:
A) The column is named Phone
B) The phone numbers have a 1 in front of them, example 16303500115 (you can merge fields to add a 1 if needed)
C) Be sure that the spreadsheet is saved in CSV format.
Once you have met these requirements, you will need to be logged in as the Admin.
You will need to click on the Admin Tab and click on "Manage Do Not Call List"
This will open a new window, you will need to click on "Browse" to locate your DNC spreadsheet on your computer.
Once you have located your DNC Spreadsheet, click on Upload.
When the upload is complete, click on Done.
If you have a DNC list that is not in a spreadsheet, you can copy and paste the numbers to upload them.
You MUST place a 1 in front of the phone number for the numbers to upload and be placed on your DNC List.
If you have a number in the DNC list, that means that the dialer will not call that number in Predictive Mode (If the number is uploaded to a campaign) and as long as when you upload the number, you have “Scrub Against Our Do-Not-Call List” checked.
The dialer will only call that number if you don’t check that box and/or if you call that number manually, meaning that you didn’t upload it, you either clicked on it from the List View Tab or made a Manual Dial call from the Contact View Tab.
