On the Campaigns Tab, you will notice that each campaign has a link named "Reset"
This reset button can be clicked by the admin whenever the admin would like to start having the dialer calculate the abandon or drop rate.
This is useful when the admin updates new leads to the campaign or when a new shift starts, that way the admin can get an accurate drop rate percentage based on a specific time frame from when the campaign was in use.
The percentage that is displayed is calculated from one of two time frames:
1) When the campaign was created and began making calls
2) From the last time the reset button was clicked on for that campaign.
To reset the drop ratio percentage, simply click on the Reset link.
This will reset the percentage back to 0%
As the campaign is being dialed out from, that number will represent the new drop ratio percentage.
