Once logged in, click on the Admin Tab.
Click on the "Edit Properties" icon for the agent you are adding the web form link to.
This will open a new window.
In this new window, you can place a link to your online web form in the line titled "POST url"
After entering your link, click save.
Your agent will need to log out and log back into their dialer account for the changes to take effect,
Now when your agent logs in, they will see a web form link on their Contact View Tab.
Once your client clicks on that link, a new tab will open in their browser and it will take them to the link that you placed in the POST URL field.
