How to Allow Manual Calls to Record

Please Note: This feature is included with HD Premium accounts.

 

To give permission to record manually dialed calls, you must be logged in as an Admin.

Once you are logged in, you will need to go to the Admin Tab.

Now click on the icon under the agent that is called Edit Properties.

 

 

 

That will allow you to change your agent's permissions and privileges.

 

 

 

Simply place a check in the box labeled "Record Direct Calls"

Then Save Properties.

 

Your agent will need to log out and log back into the web portal of the Predictive Dialer for this to take effect.
