How to Listen to Campaign Recordings

If set your Campaign to record all calls, or if you pressed record while in a call when calling from a campaign, you can listen to your recordings, but only if you have Admin Privileges.

You will need to click on the Campaign Tab

Each Campaign has a link within it called "WWW Page" This is where your recordings are stored.

 

 

Once you click on that, a new window will open with all of your recordings on it.

 

 

 

Simply click on the Download Now link next to the recording that you would like to hear and it will play in your browser.

 

If you want to save the file on your computer, simply 'Right Click" the Download Now link and save the file on your computer.
