If you want to export your call data and reports, you will first need to be logged in as an Admin.
Once logged in, go to the Campaigns Tab.
Within the campaign that you want to run a report on, click on the icon called "Export CDR"
This will open a new pop up window. You will need to select the bullet named "Contact List" From here, you can select as many dispositions as you want to show up on your report. Once you have made your selections, make sure that the Send to Email address is correct, because the report will be emailed to that email address.
Once the email is sent, it may show up in your bulk or spam folder, depending on your spam settings.
Within the email, there will be a link that will allow you to download your report, which will be in a CSV Spreadsheet.
The CSV spreadsheet will display all of the information that you uploaded for the leads, and call data such as call date, call time, disposition, notes that your agent left and more.

If your CRM allows you to upload data from a CSV spreadsheet, this report can be used to upload and update existing data within your CRM.
