What Does ERROR 500 Mean

If you are using X-Lite and when you try to log in, if you get ERROR 500 this means that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) does not have the technology or ability to allow VOIP calls to be made over their network.

You may be able to contact your ISP and have them assist you with making the proper changes to your router.

These changes would need to be able to allow VOIP services to work.

The immediate resolution for this issue is to change your Predictive Dialer Connection Method to the Dial In option.

***Please note – Wireless computers using VOIP are not supported by Vioteck Solutions because Voice Over IP takes up too much wireless bandwidth and is problematic. Naturally, all VOIP connections MUST be hard wired for us to be able to support. ***
