How to Check for Duplicates

When you are uploading your leads, you may want to check and see if there are any duplicates phone numbers that you are uploading.

You can check for duplicates in several ways.


You can check to see if there are duplicates in the CSV spreadsheet while you are uploading it.

Check the box named "Prevent Duplicate Phone Numbers in File" to prevent any duplicate numbers from being uploaded.

Check the box named "Prevent Duplicate Phone Numbers Against All Contact Records" to prevent the dialer from uploading any leads that are already uploaded to any and all of your current campaigns,

Check the box named "Prevent Duplicate Phone Numbers in Campaign" to prevent the dialer from uploading any leads that are already in the campaign that you are uploading to.

Please Note:
If you delete a campaign, you will no longer be able to see the leads that you uploaded to it and you will not be able to see the records for those leads, however if in the future, you upload those leads again and check the box named "Prevent Duplicate Phone Numbers Against All Contact Records" you will get a message saying that the upload was successful, but none of the leads will be uploaded because the leads that were deleted from your campaign will still be in the database, in the back end.
