If you have set up your X-Lite softphone but you are not sure if you configured it correctly, there is a way you can test it.
You need to log in as the Agent that you want to test.
Make sure X-Lite is running
In the Settings Tab, on the lower middle are of the screen, click on "Test SIP Phone Registration & Setup"http://myautodialer.com/agenthelp/test/Clipboard01.jpg
As soon as you click on that, your X-Lite phone should ring, if it does, be sure to answer it.http://myautodialer.com/agenthelp/test/Clipboard02.jpg
If it does not ring, please call our support team at 630-333-9900 for assistance.
Once you answer your X-Lite you will hear it play this message
