Please make sure that you are using the correct SIP
settings provided to you.
If you are unsure how to do this, click here
Once you have checked your settings you can test them by clicking on the Settings Tab
Then click on "Test SIP Phone Registration and Setup"
Clicking on that should cause your X-Lite to ring.
Be sure to answer it.
Once you answer you should hear this
"Your softphone is configured correctly. Next, test your microphone, by recording a message after the beep. When you are finished, press any key to hear your recording."
If your softphone rings, but you are unable to hear anything, you may want to check your X-Lite Sound Settings.
