How to Listen to Recordings

If you have Admin privileges, you can listen to your recordings once you set your Campaign to record all calls, or if you pressed record while in a call when dialing a campaign.

To make sure that your calls are recorded, simply go to the campaign properties and see if "Record All" is checked.  You will need to click on the Campaign Tab and click on the pencil icon to edit the campaign properties:


Once that is done, all the calls in that campaign is now recorded.  

To check the recordings, click the link on the far right side of the campaign that says: "WWW Page" This is where your recordings are stored.


Once you click on that, a new window will open with all of your recordings on it.


Simply click on the Download Now link next to the recording that you would like to hear and it will play in your browser.

If you want to save the file on your computer, simply 'Right Click" the Download Now link and save the file on your computer.

If your agents are set to have Manual Dials recorded, you can view and listen to them on the Admin Page.
