If you are having your agents ask your leads specific questions, you can create fields where your agents can record the responses.
You can then run a report that exports your responses also.
Since our Predictive Dialer allows you to create as many Custom Fields as you want, then you can use those as your survey.
To create a custom field:
You can create a custom database field by simply typing in the questions that you want your agents to ask.
Once you click save, your agents will be able to see those fields on their Contact View Tab while they are talking with your leads.
When your agent completes the call, and after they disposition the call, you can then run a report based on the disposition.
Once you receive your report, you will be able to see the results.
