Note: Our predictive dialer solution does NOT scrub against the National Do Not Call List.When uploading leads, you have the option to "Scrub Against Our Do-Not_Call List, this is referring to the owner of the account you are logged into.
Hosteddialer’s Predictive Dialer Solution will scrub only against our clients internal do not call list within the dialer.
Any time an agent gets a request from a contact to be put on the do not call list, the agent will need to disposition the call as “Requested do not call” by selecting it from the “made contact” disposition drop down box within the Contact View tab.
Once that disposition has been selected, the dialer will not call that number again on that account.
Administrators have the ability to manually add numbers as they come in to their internal do not call list within the dialer.A)
If you have a number in the DNC list, that means that the dialer will not call that number in Predictive Mode (If the number is uploaded to a campaign) and as long as when you upload the number, you have “Scrub Against Our Do-Not-Call List” checked.
