How to change the dialer connection


Before you speak to any of your leads, you need to choose and configure your voice connection method.


You can chose from the following connection methods:


SIP Phone using X-Lite or Zoiper Softphone - The agent used USB Headset plugged into computer.

Telephone Dial-Out - Where the dialer will call the agent, then begin calling leads.

Contact your sales rep to learn how you can add this feature.

Telephone Dial -In - Where the agent calls into the dialer, then leads are called.

Contact your sales rep to learn how you can add this feature.

You can change the connection method whenever you or your agent wants to.

It is not required to be logged in as an admin to do this.

Your agents just need to go to their Settings Tab.

Once there, they need to click on "Change Voice Connection Settings"


After clicking there a new window will pop up, giving you your choices of devices that you can use.


Once you make your selection, you will see on the bottom of that pop up window, your new settings.

Click "Save Changes"

You MUST log out and then log back in for your settings to take effect.
