X-Lite Not Connecting

First, please make sure that you have configured your X-lite properly by following the instructions on this article. Once you have all the right settings and X-lite is still not connecting to the dialer, you may try replacing the domain in your X-lite settings with the IP address found in the settings tab of your dialer as shown in the screenshot below:

If it still doesn't work, check your X-lite settings and make sure that the transport type is set to UDP.

If you are still having issues, we suggest to look into temporary disabling your firewall or other security software or try another softphone such as Zoiper.
